Rhythm in Lines

Whilw working in abstract painting I often think of my works as music as I am trying to achieve the same compositional elements, repetition with variation, pattern and rhythm, In this work I’m also playing with optical illusion as to which layer is really on top. Many of my paintings involve the push and pull of freedom and control which relates to my life at least, does it in yours?
